CONSULTATION
The first step is to understand your needs, challenges, timelines, and budget, whether that is by way of tender or an individual consultation meeting. We can provide holistic expert end-to-end advice whatever your requirements.
QUOTATION
We will provide a quotation based on the details of our consultation, including images, full specifications, delivered price and delivery to your door timeline.
SAMPLE
A sample(s) will typically be provided with the quotation however if your product requirement is bespoke or we do not have it in stock, we will provide a sample prior to issuing a purchase order.
PURCHASE ORDER
On approval of the quotation and sample, pass us a Purchase Order and we will take it from there.
ORDER
We will order from the relevant manufacturer in our network
PRODUCTION FOLLOW UP
Through our colleagues in Asia we will consistently be in contact with the manufacturer to ensure that your order is being fulfilled, on time.
QUALITY CONTROL
Through our colleagues in Asia we will conduct Quality Control post production and pre-shipping.
SHIPPING
We monitor your order with a state of the art tracking system which is typically updated every 10 minutes, direct from the shipping line and also corroborated through a number of other data points from the ports and customs. We take care of all taxes and customs procedures.
DELIVERY
We deliver to your chosen address on your specified date and if you need to delay the delivery for any reason, we can store in our warehouse facilities until you are ready to receive your goods.*
